District Manager: Adriana Walker, CAM

Adriana Walker is an experienced District Manager based in Indiana, bringing over a decade of expertise to her role at PRAXM. She holds an associate’s degree in business management from Ivy Tech and is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM).

Adriana began her property management career in 2014 and joined PRAXM in 2022 as Property Manager of ARIA in Zionsville, Indiana. Her outstanding leadership and performance led to her transition to The Otis in Indianapolis in 2023, followed by a promotion to Senior Property Manager in 2024. In December 2024, Adriana was promoted to District Manager, where she oversees multiple properties and continues to drive operational success.

With her extensive industry experience, professional certifications, and dedication to excellence, Adriana consistently demonstrates a passion for creating exceptional living environments and fostering positive relationships with both residents and teams.
