Controller: Colleen Joy

Colleen was born and raised in the Chicagoland area. She has experience in both multifamily construction and property management. With over 20 years of accounting, 10+ years of payroll, 8+ years of H.R., and 6+ years of supervisory experience. Colleen received a B.S. in Accounting in 2016 and an MBA in Business Management in 2019.

Colleen’s responsibilities at PRAXM include overseeing the daily transactional process, including vendor set-up, invoice processing, and payment remittance, reporting processes, including compliance, and assisting with the budgeting, preparation, and analysis. Colleen’s responsibilities include being the primary liaison and overseeing our daily accounting team.
