District Manager: Craig Ladines
Craig Ladines currently serves as District Manager, overseeing all the Kansas City portfolio. Craig joined PRAXM Management LLC, bringing almost a decade of experience in our industry, where he started leasing and worked his way up with national companies. He has a broad knowledge of multifamily remodels, acquisitions, and lease-up communities. His current role focuses on the details of the initial set-up of each property’s software and digital marketing platforms, creating and implementing the marketing plan to meet and exceed the development proforma, developing the on-site teams, and implementing the on-site process of operations for each asset. Craig also cultivates a high level of satisfaction and success in our communities. Craig is a highly motivated and experienced management professional who emphasizes customer experience and growth. He is extremely passionate about people and creating an elevated experience for employees, residents, and all business relationships; this includes growing a solid team through building team morale, high accountability, and strong leadership.
