MJ is the founder and Managing Member of PRAXM Management LLC. M.J. brings many years of successful on-site and multi-site management experience. She has extensive property management experience in multifamily and commercial real estate and has served multiple clients. At the peak of M.J.’s portfolio, she managed over 13,000 units and retail and commercial real estate.

M.J. also gives back to the real estate industry, serving in volunteer and leadership roles for the Indiana Apartment Association, including serving on the Board of Directors, Institute of Real Estate Management and on the Board of Directors for Merchants Affordable Housing Corp. M.J. continues to review and advocates multifamily legislative and regulatory matters, through both IAA as the Legislative Chair and IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management).

M.J.’s career has been highlighted by being recognized as Henderson Investors, Manager of the Year, Indiana Apartment Association, Grace McFadden, Manager of the Year, and Barrett & Stokely, Regional Manager of the Year. Additionally, M.J. has been awarded the IREM Rising Star and CPM® of the Year awards, as well as Southern Indiana’s Industry Expert of the Year award.

M.J. directs the day-to-day operations of PRAXM Management LLC and is responsible for ensuring high-quality service to our clients, residents, and employees. M.J. directs PRAXM Management’s strategic development and provides firsthand support to the firm’s management and maintenance associates, in all aspects of property management, from successful lease-ups and marketing to increased profitability in stabilized assets.
