PRAXM is proud to celebrate Holli as the recipient of the 2026 Rick Stapp Regional Manager of the Year award from the Indiana Apartment Association. Her recognition at the Midwest Multifamily Conference gave our team a particularly personal reason to cheer.

Company and community awards give us a chance to celebrate work that brings many people together. An individual award lets us pause on a name and make sure that person gets their moment. This time, that name is Holli Moore.
Regional leadership connects the broader work of a property management company with the individual communities where that work takes shape. It is a role with a wide view of the business and a close connection to the people doing it. Seeing a PRAXM colleague recognized at that level is something we are proud to share.
A name we are happy to celebrate
Holli shared her appreciation for the teams she works alongside: “I’m honored to receive this award, and I’m grateful to the teams I have the privilege of working alongside. Their commitment to our residents and to one another makes this work rewarding. Supporting their growth and celebrating what we accomplish together is the best part of my role.”
Holli’s award was one of seven received by PRAXM, its communities, and its team at the 2026 conference. Alongside honors for marketing, innovation, a community website, social media, and technology, her individual recognition adds a name and a face to a memorable collection of wins.
