Apartment searches do not always happen between nine and five. PRAXM’s nomination for its 2026 Best Overall Corporate Marketing Program award puts a number to that reality: 11,931 leads arrived after hours during the submission’s reporting period.

That is one reason we are proud to celebrate this recognition from the Indiana Apartment Association at the Midwest Multifamily Conference. The program connects the work of getting noticed with the follow-up that helps a prospective resident keep moving.

From the first look to the next conversation

PRAXM brings together digital advertising, community websites, social media, email communication, AI-assisted leasing engagement, and automated follow-up. Corporate marketing provides creative direction, campaign support, and reporting, while onsite teams contribute community stories and local insight.

Each community has room to express its own personality. The corporate program provides a shared framework so the experience feels coordinated across a portfolio of more than 5,000 units described in the nomination.

A program measured beyond the first click

For the reporting period covered in the nomination, PRAXM reported 24,406 total leads, 5,020 tours booked, and 1,717 leases signed across the portfolio. The submission also reported an average AI response time of 35 seconds. Together, these figures show the scope of the activity the program tracks, from incoming interest through leasing outcomes.

Behind those numbers are practical tasks: responding to a question, following up after an inquiry, and helping someone take the next step. Marketing and onsite operations have to stay connected throughout that process.

Celebrating this year’s awards, PRAXM said: “These awards reflect the creativity and care our teams bring to their work every day. We’re proud to see PRAXM recognized across marketing, social media and innovation. We’re even prouder of the people whose ideas and collaboration made that recognition possible!”

The award was one of seven received by PRAXM, its communities, and its team at the conference. Congratulations to the people behind the program, including the work that continues after the office lights go out. Explore our communities and meet the places at the heart of it.
